ABOUT US

Formed in 2000 Soup Records is based in Notting Hill Gate, London. Since the beginning Soup has worked closely with the majors: a & r and showcasing both new and up & coming talents. Soup has also been running regular BMI showcase nights at Cobden Club.

Over the years we have seen over 900 very talented unsigned and signed acts perform at both our Cobden and Notting Hill Arts Club live music evenings. These include amongst others Amy Winehouse, KT Tunstall, Leona Lewis, Snow Patrol, Ben’s Brother, The Hoosiers, Lucie Silva, The Yeah Yous, Adele, The XX’s, Ray Lamontagne, Lemar, Lucy Rose and many more.

WEEDY DAVE DRAW

From seeing so many talented artists perform we have signed the very talented multi-instrumentalist Weedy Dave to Soup Records. We are in the process of finishing his debut album: you can’t tell a man by the songs he sings which will be released in the autumn.

His exciting, fresh debut single Draw will be out 22nd August on iTunes.
